I am so impressed with the quality of work I received. I had won an exterior and interior package free from a giveaway. I have only had my car detailed once before and thought they did a great job, but Bill took it to the next level. My car has never looked so beautiful. I recently considered getting a new car, but after the work Bill did, I’m obsessed with my car. As a parent, my car is often very messy, it has crumbs and pet hair Bill eliminated all signs of dirt. So against my better judgment we started using our 2019 Ford Edge ST to move? First it was a few boxes, then went to dropping the rear seats and using it like a moving van in all types of weather! It was trashed. I knew it needed detailed when we were done, and had heard Hanson's Auto Detail was the best? Man, they weren't kidding! Bill and Skylar knocked it out of the park! My experience with Hanson's Auto Detail was amazing from the first call to the time I picked up my car. It started with a brief phone call to discuss what options were available to me. Bill, the owner, recommended that I stop by the shop so we could look at the car together and see where the problematic areas were. We walked through each option one by one while Bill gave an honest opinion of what I should do. If something looked particularly bad, he recommended that I have it fixed. If something didn't seem that bad or didn't fit what I was looking for with my car, he recommended against it. Throughout the entire conversation, he was transparent with pricing. There was a minor issue during the detailing process, at no fault to Bill's, and he explained how and why it occurred along with fixing it for me. If you have minor scratches or your headlights appear foggy, I recommend the clay bar treatment and headlight polishing respectively. My car is 10 years old, and it looked like it when I brought it to Hanson's. You would never know that anymore. ~ Matthew G

I highly recommend Hanson’s Auto Detail. My first time and he did a great job. Very easy to schedule an appointment online and he was very accommodating with my pick up /drop off time with my work schedule. Service was reported to CarFax. My car is 6 years old had never been professionally detailed and it now looks good as new. I purchased the deluxe packages for both exterior and interior. Very happy customer. I 100% recommend Hanson’s Auto Detail. Bill is super professional, very knowledgeable, and extremely kind. We just came home from the beach, and you all know how hard it is to get sand out of your car; well I can’t find a trace after it was detailed! I got the plus interior and exterior package. I live in Ohio I have two cars one new the other older I've used Hanson before but I thought I'd take the older car (use it to carry stuff etc). It was truly in need of a good clean up inside and out. (I keep saying I'm getting rid of the car!) My sister got me a gift card for Christmas because she knows my car is a mess. I have two kids in car seats and a yellow lab so there was hair and crumbs everywhere!! Then I scheduled during the winter refresh package and I swear my car looks as good as the day I bought it!! I recently had my truck inside detailed and I was blown away by the job that was done! It looked show-room clean. I had dirt on the arm rest that was ground in and I couldn’t get it clean and I just accepted it was going to be there. He got it out! I will continue to go back. Me and my son both got our trucks detailed. We do construction and our trucks get pretty dirty, scratched, and definitely can go a while without a wash. All things that are typically not good for a vehicle. So it’s extremely evident the quality of work that was done to them when we seen the results. All we can say is wow. Bill did an excellent job on my Buick Encore GT. It actually looked better than it did when it was new 4 years ago. Interior is spotless and engine compartment is also. Would highly recommend. Will be definitely having him do this every year or twice/year. ~ Marie L
